Nara Smith<\/strong><\/a> got candid about her pregnancy journey 10 months after welcoming baby No. 4.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou just went through the most life-altering experience that you will ever go through,\u201d Nara, 24, who shares four children with husband Lucky Smith<\/strong>, said during a Wednesday, July 29, episode of the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cGive yourself grace and also recognize that you\u2019ve grown a human being. You\u2019ve given birth to this human being and then what? You\u2019re supposed to resume business as usual? Nope, that\u2019s physically not how it works.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cBodies are so different for everybody. Some people bounce back really quick, some people don\u2019t. Some people get stretch marks, some people don\u2019t. We as women should uplift every single woman postpartum.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nara, who shared a photo of herself soon after the arrival<\/a> of her fourth baby, Fawnie, said, \u201cWhat people don\u2019t realize is that to me that picture wasn\u2019t me at my best and my normal. I was crying that same morning, I was wearing a diaper in that picture, I was wearing linen pants because I didn\u2019t fit [in] a single one of my denim pants that I had, I was way above my usual weight.\u201d<\/p>\n

She clarified that her social media post was an effort to relate to other mothers who didn\u2019t feel like themselves, and not merely an attempt to show off what she looked like postpartum. \u201cMy body is magical because look what it just did and I\u2019m really proud of that,\u201d she explained. \u201cThat was my postpartum experience and I think in general we should celebrate everyone for where they\u2019re at postpartum.\u201d<\/p>\n

In October 2025, Nara took to Instagram to share a photo of herself cradling her newborn. She wore low-rise white linen pants and an ivory sweater, which she unbuttoned from under her bust.<\/p>\n
