Later in his life, Dane had a relationship with former Love Island contestant Laura Anderson. The pair met in Dubai, where he lives, in 2017 and had an on-off relationship before splitting for good in August 2022.<\/p>\n
\nThe pop star knows that a book about his life would attract interest, but he does not want to give the public the salacious details of those romances, and he definitely does not want to name the other famous ladies he dated.<\/p>\n
\nWhen asked in an interview with ContactMusic.com if he would write an autobiography, he said: “I wouldn\u2019t because I think the interesting stuff would be stuff I wouldn\u2019t really want to talk about.<\/p>\n
\n“I’ve done a lot of stuff, but I don\u2019t know how much of that would be interesting enough. These days, people want a bit of craziness. They are the things that people would want to know.”<\/p>\n
\nWhen it was suggested that readers would want a list of all the other famous women he dated, Dane added: “Exactly! Stuff I can\u2019t talk about!”<\/p>\n
\nDane, who was speaking to ContactMusic.com on behalf of Zingo Bingo, did accept the offer to appear in Katie\u2019s new documentary Katie Price: Nothing To Hide, in which he discusses their high-profile romance.<\/p>\n
\nThe singer admits that his appearance in the programme allowed him to reflect on what it was like being in a relationship with Britain\u2019s biggest glamour model, who is now married to Dubai businessman Lee Andrews, who was revealed to have been trying to sell an X-rated tape of the couple together.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: \u201cThe interview was about what it was like being in that sort of relationship back in the day. My memory is terrible anyway, so I don\u2019t remember a lot of it. But it was big. I was trying to negotiate a relationship whilst having all that in your face. It was obviously too much to deal with, especially for me.<\/p>\n
\n“It was a different time for me. I wouldn\u2019t be able to do that now, and I wouldn\u2019t do that now. Looking back at it, it was a bit like, \u2018Oh s***, I remember that. That was hard work, that was crazy.\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\u201cKatie remembers everything; I don\u2019t really remember anything. I had to be reminded.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI knew the team doing it, so I was like, why not have a chat about it and remember some bits and pieces? I get asked all the time, so I just thought I\u2019d answer some questions on it. There were some things that I had totally forgotten about. Things were put in newspapers and were out there, but you forget at the time because you just throw it out of your head.\u201d<\/p>\n
