Prince Harry<\/a> – appeared on this weekend’s episode of MasterChef Australia as a guest judge, and during her chats on camera, she told how cooking and food are her “love language”.<\/p>\nShe explained: “I think it\u2019s such a great way to connect. It\u2019s something that can feel sentimental and meaningful, and it’s how I show my nurturing and love for my friends, family, and my kids.”<\/p>\n
The As Ever founder noted there can be a “lot of pressure in this kitchen” and urged contestants to try and “keep a sense of humour”.<\/p>\n

Meghan’s appearance on the show was filmed in April when she and Harry were visiting Down Under, and she described being back in Australia as a “full circle” moment.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “Oh, we’re so excited. We love Australia. We had the most sentimental, amazing time. We were here almost eight years ago. We announced we were pregnant with Archie at the time. So, it’s full circle; here we are, but thrilled to be here with all of you and taste some really good food. I’ve heard you’ve been cooking up a storm this season,”<\/p>\n
\nThe Suits star asked the contestants to make a dish “fit for a Duchess” using ingredients she had selected, including honey, macadamia nuts, citrus, edible flowers and celeriac. <\/p>\n
\nAnd as the judges were trying dishes, Meghan received a video call from Harry, where she revealed he finds spicy food “too much”.<\/p>\n
\nShe said as she answered the phone: \u201cHi, my love! My husband\u2019s here.”<\/p>\n
\nHer spouse joked: “What\u2019s going on? Have I interrupted something important?\u201d <\/p>\n
\nMeghan replied: \u201cWell, we are actually in the middle of tasting all the dishes. We have four incredible cooks here. It\u2019s amazing, they\u2019re so talented. We wish you were here.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI wish you could try this. These dishes are fantastic.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt\u2019s really delicious, and there\u2019s a hot sauce that, well, you know me \u2026 it is so good. I think it might be too much for you. It\u2019s spicy.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHarry replied: \u201cWell, go and enjoy it. I\u2019m very sorry to disturb you. All is well here. I\u2019ll see you later.\u201d<\/p>\n
