Meghan McCain<\/strong><\/a> is shutting down trolls who called her \u201cold and ugly,\u201d revealing she is aging just like everyone else.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am normally an Armadillo-skinned person, and there\u2019s been a lot of commentary about how \u2018old and ugly\u2019 I am now,\u201d McCain, 41, said during the Wednesday, July 22, of her and Miranda Wilkins<\/strong>\u2019 \u201cCitizen McCain<\/a>\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

She fired back, \u201cI\u2019m 41 years old \u2026 I\u2019m going to age. I\u2019m going to get older. I am fatter because I\u2019ve had three kids.\u201d (McCain shares daughters Liberty, 5, and Clover, 3, and son Ransom, 6 months, with husband Ben Domenech<\/strong><\/a>.)<\/p>\n

McCain noted that after a clip from their show of the women speaking about New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani<\/strong> went viral earlier this week, she received an onslaught of negative comments about her appearance from haters who must have never watched them beforehand.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMeghan McCain isn\u2019t here for the postpartum body police. \u201cKeep the fat comments coming because I\u2019m sorry to disappoint so many of you, I will not be going on any of the ozempic shots despite just having my third child,\u201d McCain, 41, wrote via X on Monday, March 9. \u201cNo judgment to those that do, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The former View<\/em> cohost<\/a> went on to explain that change is normal and there\u2019s no shame in aging.<\/p>\n

\u201cI look different because I don\u2019t have professional hair and makeup every day,\u201d McCain said. \u201cAnd sometimes, in the morning, it\u2019s more important for me to get my kids ready<\/a>, to spend time with them and feed my son, than it is for me to get ready, which is why I don\u2019t always have my hair and makeup done to your liking.\u201d<\/p>\n

McCain noted that the comments did catch her by surprise.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMeghan McCain slammed author Sheryl Sandberg after she claimed \u201ctrad wives\u201d could be \u201cdetrimental to women.\u201d \u201cShut the f*** up Sheryl Sandberg,\u201d McCain, 41, wrote via X on Wednesday, March 11, alongside a link to Sandberg\u2019s Tuesday, March 10, interview with People. \u201cI don\u2019t even know why you\u2019re still talking given the amount of abject [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt is a challenging cruelty to have people have such [opinions],\u201d she confessed. \u201cThis is the first time people have reacted, \u2018Oh, Meghan looks a lot older.\u2019 I am a lot older.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan, who is the daughter of late Senator John McCain<\/strong><\/a>, pointed out that after growing up in the spotlight, it\u2019s not fair that she\u2019s constantly being compared to past versions of herself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am no longer 5 years old with my dad running for senate. I am no longer 22 years old [with] my dad running for president,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m no longer 32 years old working for The View<\/em><\/a>. I\u2019m almost 42 years old.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan\u2019s cohost Wilkins chimed in to reveal, \u201cWe don\u2019t get Botox, we haven\u2019t had the thread facelift, we\u2019re not on Ozempic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan admitted<\/a>, \u201cIt\u2019s tempting, but I\u2019m not [on Ozempic].\u201d<\/p>\n

She concluded the episode by saying she plans to keep aging naturally and embracing her appearance.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing I can promise you is I\u2019m going to continue aging. I\u2019m not going to look the way I looked at The View<\/em>,\u201d Meghan continued. \u201cWe are all going to have to collectively come together [and agree] that I\u2019m going to continue aging.\u201d<\/p>\n
