The haircare brand is celebrating the expansion of the Bouncy Curls Collection by having the Off Campus <\/em>actor star in its Hot Curl Summer ads. <\/p>\n

In the campaign video, Belmont<\/strong> is seen getting out of the shower, putting a towel around his waist, and then doing his hair in the steamy mirror. <\/p>\n
