Rachel Reilly<\/strong><\/a> and Brendon Villegas<\/strong> will forever remember the Big Brother<\/i><\/span><\/a> house moment that made it impossible to ignore their romantic connection.<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw him walk in, and I thought he was obviously super hot,\u201d Rachel, 41, exclusively shared with Us<\/i> when recalling the pair\u2019s summer of 2010 meeting. \u201cI was like, \u2018Oh my gosh! This guy\u2019s gonna be trouble.\u2019 But I think we really bonded when we went on the block together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brendon, however, walked away from their initial exchange with a different take.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thought Rachel was attractive, but I of course thought she was a ditz,\u201d he confessed. \u201cI really was anti-relationship. I\u2019ll be honest with you. I had been burned not too long before being on Big Brother<\/i>, so I was definitely not looking.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a Big Brother<\/i> summer surprise, Rachel and Brendon, 46, quickly fell in love during season 12, quickly becoming one of the reality show\u2019s most beloved and successful couples.<\/p>\n

Married since 2012 and the proud parents of two kids, the pair \u2014 known affectionately by fans as Brenchel \u2014 have built a celebratory life away from Hollywood in Alabama.<\/p>\n

Brendon works full-time as a fully-certified medical physicist. When she\u2019s not filming projects \u2014 like a special stint on this season\u2019s<\/a> Big Brother<\/i> \u2014 Rachel is volunteering at her children\u2019s schools, reporting for carpool duty and coaching various sports teams.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe keeps us way too busy doing a lot of activities and driving all over the place to take the kids to acting, to different camps, to sports,\u201d Brendon revealed. \u201cShe\u2019s a volleyball coach. She\u2019s made me [serve as] a soccer coach. She was signed up to be a soccer coach, and then she went on Traitors<\/i> and was like, \u2018Oh yeah! Hey, can you take over soccer?\u2019 I was like, \u2018You went to one game, and you\u2019re making me coach the entire season?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

As they celebrate more than a decade of marriage in the public eye, Rachel and Brendon aren\u2019t afraid to reveal their secrets to a happy marriage.<\/p>\n

Both parties agree that listening, compromising and making time for one another are important skills that never go out of style.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think one thing I started to realize is you got to work together and a big part of that is at least setting aside your ego enough to say, \u2018Hey, I may not be right in this situation,\u2019\u201d Brendon shared.<\/p>\n

Rachel added, \u201cI was also going to say make sure you have adult time because the kids are right now in the other room or I would say more. But making sure that you take time for each other because you need that. You need to reconnect on different levels. We\u2019ve done couples counseling, and we totally believe in that too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Rachel and Brendon didn\u2019t earn the top prize on their season of Big Brother<\/i> \u2014 she went on to compete in season 13 and took home the finale cash \u2014 both continue to be big winners in the never-ending game of love.<\/p>\n
