After finding success, The Ultimatum returned for season 4 in July 2026 with plenty of drama, surprise exits and potential splits.<\/p>\n

Hosts Nick<\/strong> and Vanessa Lachey<\/strong> previously teased how The Ultimatum<\/em><\/a> compares to other reality success stories including Love Is Blind.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe first season of The Ultimatum made waves when it premiered, but did the bold premise work for any of the couples? The Netflix show followed eight duos on the brink of an engagement. After an Ultimatum is issued by one person in the relationship, they began a trial marriage with one of their costars, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He continued: \u201cThe emotional anxiety in the room was palpable, like you could feel it, it was an emotional roller coaster. And we were on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vanessa, meanwhile, recalled how she and Nick<\/a> were a lot \u201cmore vulnerable\u201d with this cast.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were more open with them,\u201d she said. \u201cThere were multiple dinners where we sat down and had a glass of wine with them and were just talking about the process and what we\u2019ve experienced in our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n
