Nation\u2019s Dumbest<\/em> had an unexpected challenge<\/a> when it came to covering up Jackass<\/em> star Steve-O<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s penis tattoo.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe had a lot of time in the makeup chair to cover that up,\u201d host Jack Whitehall exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cAnd every time we were doing a physical challenge, he started sweating and so did all of the production team.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whitehall, 38, joked that \u201ca fair few pixels were utilized to try and keep the show family friendly.\u201d He also noted that it cost a lot to make sure Steve-O\u2019s graphic tattoo remained covered during his time on the Fox show.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we didn\u2019t have much,\u201d he quipped. \u201cWe spent most of the CGI budget on making Ice-T\u2019s face look like he wanted to be there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the extra work<\/a>, Whitehall praised Steve-O, 52.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Steve-O impressed me. I probably made some knee-jerk assumptions about his levels of intelligence from the information that I had about him,\u201d he added. \u201cI\u2019d seen him staple his testicles. I\u2019d seen him bungee jump in a porta-potty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whitehall continued: \u201cI was aware that he had a tattoo of a penis on his forehead. So I\u2019d say the bar was set pretty low. But he really exceeded expectations. He had some smarts [and] had some very triumphant moments.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI think I would be quite deep into [the show if I was a contestant]. I don\u2019t have great general knowledge,\u201d Whitehall told Us. \u201cAnd I have some glaring blind spots \u2014 particularly in American pop culture and sport. I could come undone on a show like this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whitehall playfully called himself \u201cquite a delicate flower,\u201d adding, \u201cI don\u2019t think I would have the resilience to put myself on the show. \u2026 I was not particularly academic [in school]. I was more into the arts and drama \u2014 more of a like theater kid. I wasn\u2019t great academically but I think people just make assumptions about me because I have this voice and I sound quite intelligent.\u201d<\/p>\n
