Lil Wayne<\/a>\u2019s unusual job requirements for his personal assistants have been revealed as part of a bitter legal battle. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Lil Wayne’s PA demands revealed in court documents<\/p>\n
Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, is being sued by former assistant Andrew Williams, who claims the rapper assaulted him on a private jet back in 2022. <\/p>\n
Williams\u2019 job description is being used by lawyers in the legal fight, giving fans of the musician a rare insight into his demands for his employees. <\/p>\n
While some of the requirements are more like ones you would expect to find in a general job description for a celebrity PA – such as being required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and staying \u201cdiscreet\u201d about any personal matters. <\/p>\n

The documents, obtained by TMZ, also state that the assistant should pack Wayne\u2019s bags for trips, keep his days running smoothly and travel with him at all times. <\/p>\n
\nThey should be \u201cself-motivated\u201d with a \u201cpositive attitude\u201d, and be happy to be around children and dogs. <\/p>\n
\nAssistants are required to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and must be able to answer the phone at all hours. <\/p>\n
\nThey also need to be \u201cmentally sound\u201d, capable of working under pressure, and \u201cmust keep up with fast-paced lifestyle without engaging personally\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nIn the more unusual requirements of his assistant, Wayne said they need to be ready at all times with pre-rolled joints, and restock when he runs out of his preferred wraps. <\/p>\n
\nThe assistant should also be strong enough to carry a bag, and have \u201cpleasant personal hygiene\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nWilliams is suing Wayne, claiming that the Lollipop star assaulted him on a private jet when he tried to intervene in a fight the rapper was having with the pilot – which he alleged ended up with Wayne punching him in the face with a closed fist.<\/p>\n
\nThe lawsuit reads: \u201cThe combination of a closed fist and the numerous rings and large jewelry on the hands of [Wayne] caused great harm to [Andrew].<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAs an actual and proximate result of [Wayne’s] assault and misconduct, [Andrew] has and continues to be damaged emotionally and physically, incurred general damages and special damages including incurring medical expenses, in amounts to be proven at trial.”<\/p>\n
\nWayne has denied all the allegations, and said that he was acting in self-defence.<\/p>\n
