Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Joe Bradley<\/strong> didn\u2019t hold back when discussing why he thought Nathan Gallagher<\/strong> shouldn\u2019t have returned to the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the fact that he\u2019s a working man and he fights for his family and he\u2019s put himself in that position financially to fight for his family. I can\u2019t take that from him,\u201d Joe exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cI admire that as much as I don\u2019t like him. I admire fighting for your family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe noted that despite Nathan stepping up, he appeared overwhelmed.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cHe should not be there. It\u2019s detrimental,\u201d he said about Nathan trying to balance work and raising his newborn with girlfriend Gael Cameron. \u201cYou might think to yourself, \u2018Oh, it\u2019s only six weeks.\u2019 But those six weeks feel like nine months.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tViewers have had a front row seat to some of the biggest reality TV feuds since the Below Deck franchise debuted. The show\u2019s spinoff series Below Deck Mediterranean shocked viewers when Hannah Ferrier and Captain Sandy Yawn\u2018s inability to see eye to eye turned into the most memorable firing to date. Since the captain joined [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After joining Below Deck Med<\/em> in season 9, Joe and Nathan became quick friends. They fell out, however, following Joe\u2019s tumultuous love triangle in season 10, which resulted in Nathan choosing sides.<\/a><\/p>\n

Joe told Us<\/em> that he has maintained \u201cabsolutely no\u201d contact with Nathan.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe did message me when I was in Australia,\u201d Joe said. \u201cBut I didn\u2019t answer him back so he can taste his own medicine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Season 11 of the hit Bravo series captured numerous moments when Nathan was frustrated with Joe. For the lead deckhand, it was gratifying for viewers to see his experience with Nathan.<\/p>\n

\u201cWatching it back and seeing Nathan \u2014 who he truly is \u2014 is rather refreshing to me,\u201d Joe added. \u201cI know who Nathan is, I know what he\u2019s like, how he can react and for him to get his two minutes of how he actually is is refreshing to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe pointed to the instances when Nathan went off on him in public, adding, \u201cThe fact that he can just switch is so alarming to me because I\u2019ve seen it before.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued: \u201cIt didn\u2019t look good for him. We\u2019re all professionals at the end of the day so [the rest of the crew] don\u2019t know who Nathan really is yet. This is Nathan. This is who he is. He switches. He\u2019s generally got anger issues and you hopefully throughout the season you will discover what Nathan has to offer in terms of who he is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before Below Deck Med<\/em> returned, Joe reflected on his growth between seasons.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cYou will see a level of growth [this season] because I felt it. You will see that I\u2019m comfortable in my own skin on board. Don\u2019t get me wrong, I\u2019m a bit boisterous at times,\u201d he previously told Us. \u201cThat\u2019s where Nathan [and I differ]. I can actually be social, but I have a good time as well and do my job well. You will see growth and you will see a level of change because I\u2019m fed up with all these [love] triangles now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAs soon as you step foot on a Below Deck Mediterranean charter yacht, you\u2019re guaranteed one thing: a whole lot of drama. Throughout its Bravo run, crew members like Captain Sandy Yawn, Hannah Ferrier, Malia White and more have been know to butt heads with each other \u2014 all with the purpose of delivering a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Joe clarified that he \u201clearned\u201d his lesson, revealing that he\u2019s focused<\/a> on his duties as lead deckhand.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really do hope that you see it on this season. My job is my main priority. I\u2019m going to say my [biggest] regret right now was the situation with Victoria, I could have handled that very differently. I could have handled that in a mature manner,\u201d he shared. \u201cI was just boisterous. Obviously, we haven\u2019t had any contact yet. But if I could sit down with her today, I would apologize. If she allows me one day to actually get all around and say I\u2019m sorry for what I\u2019ve done, I will do that.\u201d<\/p>\n
