This is a lawsuit. The legal system doesn\u2019t function properly without lawyers doing their jobs.)<\/p>\n<p>Perry\u2019s team also argues that questions about his sexual orientation aren\u2019t relevant to the case.<\/p>\n<p>They argue, and not incorrectly, that it is a \u201cbigoted stereotype\u201d that a man attracted to men would be more likely to commit assault.
