Cook and crumble until no pink remains.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add to Crock Pot:<\/strong> Remove the skillet from the heat, drain off the grease, and add the cooked beef to the insert of a 4-6 quart crockpot. Add\u00a0the bell peppers and carrots.<\/li>\n<li>Make the Sauce: Combine\u00a0the beef broth,\u00a0hoisin sauce, soy sauce,\u00a0brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic,\u00a0ginger,\u00a0ramen seasoning packet, <a href=\"https:\/\/therecipecritic.com\/sriracha-sauce\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"224858\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">sriracha<\/a>, and cornstarch\u00a0in a medium bowl, then pour it over the vegetables and beef.
