Love Island USA<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Kenzie Annis<\/strong> made a surprising confession about<\/a> how she does the splits while reading the Bible.<\/p>\n

\u201c[The splits] have probably always been my staple,\u201d Kenzie said on the Saturday, July 11, episode of Aftersun. \u201cIn the morning, the first thing I do is read my Bible and talk to God. I pray and then I\u2019ll stretch my hip flexors because it\u2019s really good for women.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cIt helps with your stress. So that\u2019s why it\u2019s really easy for me to just slap down in the middle and just keep bouncing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Host Tefi Pessoa<\/strong> then outright asked Kenzie if she \u201cread the Bible in a split<\/a>,\u201d to which she replied, \u201cSometimes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Peacock\u2019s popular dating show returned in June 2026 with contestants Aniya Harvey, Beatriz Hatz, Bryce Alakai Dettloff, KC Chandler, Mackenzie \u201cKenzie\u201d Annis, Melanie Moreno, Sincere Rhea, Sean Reifel, Trinity Tatum [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Love Island USA<\/em> originally premiered in the U.K. in 2002 before it expanded worldwide with various spinoffs, including Love Island USA on Peacock. The series follows a different group of singles every season who have to pair off in order to stay in the show\u2019s luxury villa.<\/p>\n

The contestants \u2014 referred to as Islanders \u2014 live in isolation in a villa and are under constant video surveillance. They must be coupled up to remain on the show and stand a chance at receiving the $100,000 prize.<\/p>\n

After weeks of connections, breakups and dramatic moments in the villa, the love experiment will come to an end on Sunday, July 12. The current couples will be broken up into a final four, which America will then vote on.<\/p>\n

Similar to past seasons, each pair will get the chance<\/a> to go on their own date. They will then decide if they want to remain together and write \u201cvows\u201d for each other before finding out who gets crowned the winning couple.<\/p>\n

The envelope ceremony will take place on finale night, where the duo who received the highest number of votes from the public are given two envelopes: one for each partner. One envelope contains $100,000, while the other is empty. The partner with the $100,000 envelope chooses whether to share the money with their partner as a test of trust and commitment \u2014 or walk away with all of it as a way of choosing the prize over love.<\/p>\n

The Love Island<\/em> franchise began<\/a> in the U.K. in 2002 before expanding worldwide with various spinoffs, including Love Island USA<\/em> on Peacock. Each season, a different group of single Islanders are challenged to pair off in order to stay in the show\u2019s luxury villa for a chance at the $100,000 prize.<\/p>\n

Season 8 has had its fair share of drama \u2014 both while filming in Fiji and off screen. Earlier this season, Vasana Montgomery<\/strong> was cut from the show after resurfaced social media posts showed her using a slur.<\/p>\n

Casa Amor bombshell Alannah Keyser<\/strong> also got pulled from the season after facing backlash for a resurfaced video that allegedly showed her using a racial slur.<\/p>\n

Similar issues arose during<\/a> season 7, with Yulissa Escobar<\/strong> leaving days into the experience last year after clips of her using racial slurs on a podcast circulated online.<\/p>\n
