Details about Chyler Leigh<\/strong><\/a>‘s divorce from Nathan West<\/strong><\/a> have been revealed.<\/p>\n

Nathan<\/strong>, 47, filed for divorce from the Grey’s Anatomy<\/em> alum, 44, in June 2024, two days after he says they separated, per Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n

Chyler <\/strong>went public with the news during the May 12 episode of the Books That Changed My Life <\/em>podcast<\/a> and their divorce was finalized in June 2025. <\/p>\n

According to the court documents obtained by the outlet, they separated due to “irreconcilable differences.” Chyler <\/strong>was awarded Tennessee property and she was allowed to keep “all appliances,” including household furniture, furnishings, and some personal property in one of their Tennessee homes. <\/p>\n

Nathan <\/strong>gets to keep his personal items and Chyler <\/strong>has been ordered to pay him $200,000. He was also awarded a different Tennessee property along with his speed boat and pontoon boat. He is keeping his 2023 Toyota Tundra and Chyler <\/strong>is keeping her 2023 Kia Telluride. <\/p>\n

For alimony, they agreed that the former CW Supergirl <\/em>star will pay Nathan <\/strong>$5,000 a month for 10 years, which started in June 2025.<\/p>\n

The couple also have three children together and decided on custody, with joint custody of their minor daughter Anniston<\/strong>. They divided the holidays as well, with Chyler <\/strong>getting Anniston <\/strong>on Halloween and Nathan <\/strong>having her on the July 4th holidays. They will “split even and odd years” for Thanksgiving and Christmas. <\/p>\n

Chyler <\/strong>is paying Nathan <\/strong>$2,100 in monthly child support. She also agreed to pay for the \u201cchild\u2019s long-distance travel cost when traveling to, and from Tennessee to mother\u2019s work locations.\u201d<\/p>\n
