Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Joe Bradley<\/strong> is speaking out about misconceptions \u2014 especially when it comes to his view of women.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve hurt people in the past and it\u2019s really hurting me. I might not show it, but it does hurt me,\u201d Joe exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cI don\u2019t want to hear people saying that I disrespect women and I hate women. The best people in my life are my mom, my grandmother and my little sister.\u201d<\/p>\n

After returning to the show in season 11, Joe has seen the tide turn<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have noticed a few DMs where people are saying they\u2019ve noticed a bit of a change in me,\u201d he added. \u201cI hope I can carry that on and it\u2019s a bit refreshing. Because I\u2019m used to the negative commentary and I laugh and joke about it. But actually getting a bit of positive feedback, I\u2019m actually liking it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tViewers have had a front row seat to some of the biggest reality TV feuds since the Below Deck franchise debuted. The show\u2019s spinoff series Below Deck Mediterranean shocked viewers when Hannah Ferrier and Captain Sandy Yawn\u2018s inability to see eye to eye turned into the most memorable firing to date. Since the captain joined [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He continued: \u201cI am trying to be better every single day. I am conscious of my mistakes and I do want to be better. I\u2019ve made mistakes in the past. I am young. I\u2019ve got no excuse for what I\u2019ve done and it\u2019s still one of the biggest regrets that I\u2019ve done, not only on the show, but in life itself. I have got time to learn, adapt and just be the best self that I can be.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Below Deck Med<\/em> viewers know quite well, Joe was entangled in a love triangle in season 9 with Elena Dubaich <\/strong>and Bri Muller<\/strong>. He later found himself in trouble during season 10 due to his connections with both Kizzi Kitchener <\/strong>and Victoria SanJuan<\/strong>, with the latter leading to Nathan Gallagher<\/strong> cutting ties with Joe<\/a> because of how he handled the situation.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou will see a level of growth [this season] because I felt it. You will see that I\u2019m comfortable in my own skin on board. Don\u2019t get me wrong, I\u2019m a bit boisterous at times,\u201d he previously told Us<\/em>. \u201cThat\u2019s where Nathan [and I differ]. I can actually be social, but I have a good time as well and do my job well. You will see growth and you will see a level of change because I\u2019m fed up with all these [love] triangles now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout its Bravo run, crew members like Captain Sandy Yawn, Hannah Ferrier, Malia White and more have been know to butt heads with each other \u2014 all with the purpose of delivering a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Joe clarified that he \u201clearned\u201d his lesson, revealing that he\u2019s focused<\/a> on his duties as lead deckhand.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really do hope that you see it on this season. My job is my main priority. I\u2019m going to say my [biggest] regret right now was the situation with Victoria, I could have handled that very differently. I could have handled that in a mature manner,\u201d he shared. \u201cI was just boisterous. Obviously, we haven\u2019t had any contact yet. But if I could sit down with her today, I would apologize. If she allows me one day to actually get all around and say I\u2019m sorry for what I\u2019ve done, I will do that.\u201d<\/p>\n
