Lindsay Hubbard<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s \u201cHot Hubbs Summer\u201d is officially heating up after Summer House<\/em><\/a> received a 2026 Emmy Awards<\/a> nomination.<\/p>\n

\u201cI screamed, I didn\u2019t cry (lol) but I got chills, and I ran a lap around my apartment,\u201d Lindsay, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Wednesday, July 8, after the Bravo show earned its first-ever Emmy nomination for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program<\/a>. \u201cThen I started pacing around on the phone calling everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay, who has been part of the Hamptons-based series<\/a> since its 2017 premiere, confessed she couldn\u2019t \u201ccontain my excitement for an entire two hours.\u201d (The Emmy nominations were announced on Wednesday morning, with Summer House<\/em> competing against America\u2019s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders<\/em>, Love on the Spectrum<\/em>, RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race: Untucked<\/em> and Welcome to Wrexham<\/em>.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe countdown to the 2026 Primetime Emmy Awards has begun following the official nominations announcement. The first two honorees were announced on the Today show before Liza Col\u00f3n-Zayas and Jeff Hiller unveiled the complete list of nominees live from the Wolf Theatre at the Television Academy\u2019s Saban Media Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The TV personality \u2014 who has created multiple catchphrases on the show, including \u201cHot Hubbs Summer\u201d and \u201cDon\u2019t Activate Me\u201d \u2014 told Us<\/em> that when she calmed down, she had to contact fellow OG stars Kyle Cooke<\/strong><\/a> and Carl Radke<\/strong><\/a> to celebrate the news.<\/p>\n

\u201cI texted Kyle and Carl on a group text first,\u201d Lindsay recalled. \u201cAnd then I texted our editors and our executives from Truly Original.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay revealed that her messages were \u201cfilled with a lot of caps, exclamation marks and extra letters to express my excitement.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am so beyond proud and excited for our entire team top to bottom,\u201d Lindsay gushed. \u201cFrom our producers, editors, executives at Truly Original, to [the] cast and our entire crew that has been with us for the majority of these past 10 years, I am just so happy for our show! Very well deserved nomination<\/a>!\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay has been starring on Summer House<\/em> since season 1 alongside Carl, 41, and Kyle, 43, who are all part of the cast once again for the upcoming 11th season<\/a>.<\/p>\n

During season 10,<\/a> which aired earlier this year, the cast got even more attention than usual following Kyle and Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s divorce announcement in January. (Amanda, 34, has been part of the show since season 1 when she was Kyle\u2019s new girlfriend and not yet a full-time cast member<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLindsay Hubbard is over comparisons between her past with Southern Charm star Austen Kroll and the current drama surrounding Amanda Batula and West Wilson\u2019s budding romance. Instagram account Unhinged and on Camera got her attention this week by suggesting that \u201cLindsay kind of did the same\u201d to Ciara Miller when they were both interested in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After four years of marriage, the pair announced their divorce. The following month, Amanda sparked romance rumors with season 8 addition West Wilson<\/strong><\/a>, but they both denied there was any truth to the fan speculation.<\/p>\n

On March 31, Amanda and West, 31, changed their tune and confirmed that their platonic friendship had turned romantic.<\/p>\n

The revelation shocked the Bravoverse, especially since West and his ex-girlfriend \u2014 costar Ciara Miller<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 had seemingly gotten close again during filming in summer 2025. West and Ciara, 30, previously dated in 2023<\/a> and Amanda was privy to all of her ups and downs with West as one of her former BFFs.<\/p>\n

During the explosive three-part reunion special<\/a>, West confessed to having \u201csleepovers\u201d<\/a> with Ciara during the fall of 2025, but claimed that he didn\u2019t start seeing Amanda until February. (He also confessed that he was dating Meija Moreno<\/strong><\/a> before Amanda, but said she was never his girlfriend.)<\/p>\n

Some of the cast, including Lindsay, Amanda, Kyle, West and Ciara also filmed Summer House: The Aftermath<\/em><\/a> to give fans even more clarity on Amanda and West\u2019s relationship timeline.<\/p>\n

While Us<\/em> has since confirmed that both West and Amanda<\/a> are not returning to the franchise<\/a> amid the drama and subsequent fallout, their hookup seemingly gave Summer House<\/em> the fuel it needed to get its first Emmy nod.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLindsay Hubbard is sharing any insight she has into Summer House season 11. \u201cI think they\u2019re working on it because it would start filming in a month from now,\u201d Lindsay, 39, told Us Weekly exclusively while attending Dustin Lynch\u2019s fourth annual Pool Situation: Nashville CMA party at the Margaritaville Hotel in Nashville earlier this month. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThis season was jam-packed with drama, fun, and vulnerability from the cast,\u201d Lindsay told Us<\/em> about why she thinks the show was nominated<\/a>. \u201cIt was a 16-episode season, with three-part reunion, and one additional aftermath episode: 20 episodes of premium content to feed the viewers was huge for fans.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay, who is also one of the stars of the show\u2019s spinoff In the City<\/em><\/a>, said that the way their editors were able to \u201cseamlessly and flawlessly incorporate a present scandal into two shows\u201d should be applauded.<\/p>\n

She explained that the production teams were able to not confuse viewers while \u201calso delivering all the new content in a way that still told these updated stories,\u201d calling it \u201cbeyond impressive.\u201d<\/p>\n
