I got to the mic and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, press record. Ah, ah, ah.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the clip, Whitney lowered her sunglasses to wink at the camera. \u201cIt\u2019s not founding mother\u2026it\u2019s founding motherSSSSS \ud83d\ude09,\u201d Whitney captioned the post.<\/p>\n<p>The video appeared to be a response to Taylor, 32, changing her Instagram bio to read, \u201cCreator of Momtok + <em>SLOMW<\/em> \ud83e\ude75 <em>The Bachelorette<\/em> \ud83c\udf39Jesus is king\ud83e\udd0d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MomTok was launched in 2020 by a group of Mormon women \u2014 including Whitney and Taylor \u2014 who create content about their young families. The group entered the spotlight when Taylor claimed to be involved in a \u201csoft-swinging\u201d scandal with ex-husband<strong> Tate Paul<\/strong> and other individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The scandal then landed Taylor and the crew of MomTokers a gig with <em>Mormon Wives<\/em>, which premiered in 2024. Viewers were then introduced to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/secret-lives-of-mormon-wives-couples-who-is-still-together-who-broke-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taylor and then-partner<\/a> <strong>Dakota Mortensen, <\/strong>Whitney and husband<strong> Conner Leavitt, Jen Affleck <\/strong>and husband<strong> Zac Affleck, Demi Engemann <\/strong>and husband<strong> Bret Engemann, Mikayla Matthews <\/strong>and husband<strong> Jace Terry, Mayci Neeley <\/strong>and husband<strong> Jacob Neeley, Jessi Draper<\/strong> and now-estranged husband <strong>Jordan Ngatikaura<\/strong> and <strong>Layla Taylor<\/strong>. <strong>Miranda McWhorter<\/strong> joined the cast for season 2 after splitting from <strong>Chase McWhorter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In March, news broke that Taylor and Dakota were involved in an alleged domestic incident and season 5 of <em>Mormon Wives<\/em> halted production.
