Sandra Vergara<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is proud to say some of her friendships with the Selling Sunset<\/i><\/span><\/a> cast have remained \u2014 even without cameras rolling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve maintained friendships with Alanna<\/strong> [Gold<\/strong>], Mary<\/strong> [Bonnet<\/strong><\/span><\/a>], Amanza<\/strong> [Smith<\/strong>],\u201d Sandra, 37, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/i> at the 2026 GURUS<\/i> Beauty Soir\u00e9e at Bloom Boom Boutique Florist in West Hollywood, California, on Tuesday, July 7. \u201cI talk to them all the time. Bre<\/strong> [Tiesi<\/strong>], yes. But there can be a lot of division, for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandra made her debut on Selling Sunset<\/i> during season 9 in 2025. Us<\/i> confirmed in May, however, that she would not be back<\/span><\/a> for the Netflix show\u2019s milestone 10th season.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love Emma<\/strong> [Hernan<\/strong>]. Emma and I talk all the time. Emma is the best, and she\u2019s killing it with her empanadas. She has them at Target. She\u2019s a good one,\u201d Sandra shared with Us<\/i>, referring to Emma\u2019s major deal with Target bringing her Coast to Coast Kitchen frozen food line to stores nationwide. \u201cIf you mean<\/a> Chrishell<\/strong> [Stause<\/strong>]? No, I don\u2019t have anything in common with her, like at all. She\u2019s fine.\u201d<\/p>\n

With cameras no longer documenting her open houses and listing appointments, Sandra said she still dabbles in real estate, but is focusing on things that bring her joy like \u201ccounseling and art and beauty.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a program called The Alignment Blueprint, which is basically a blueprint for life that incorporates spirituality, mind and body,\u201d she explained while wearing Nadine Merabi. \u201cI teamed up with this brand called Osier<\/a>, and they\u2019re Korean skincare, and they\u2019re 100 percent natural and then 10 percent goes back to people in recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n

To this day, she has no regrets about her experience working with Netflix and being part of the Selling Sunset <\/i>franchise.<\/p>\n

At the same time, she has no fear of missing out on season 10 with a cast that includes Heather Rae El Moussa<\/strong> and Christine Quinn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was an amazing experience, but I\u2019m not really crazy about real estate in that kind of scenario,\u201d she said. \u201cI would like real estate that\u2019s not that catty, but it\u2019s a great show. I\u2019m not gonna criticize something wonderful. It\u2019s great.\u201d<\/p>\n
