So, too, did notorious right-wing influencer Jack Posobiec. Lovely crowd.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tyler Robinson defense challenges DNA evidence from Charlie Kirk shooting crime scene\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JoTLpaZ71BY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Robinson\u2019s parents were also in attendance, seated a few rows behind the assembled Kirks in the gallery.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the hearing, the Kirks released a statement: \u201cEvery court proceeding serves as a painful reminder of his death and the loss that has irrevocably impacted our lives and the lives of his children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They expressed: \u201cWe remain deeply grateful for the support, prayers, and kindness we have received.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Kirks then affirmed: \u201cThis outpouring has sustained us during the darkest days of our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This preliminary hearing is supposed to determine whether prosecutors possess the evidence required to try Robinson for aggravated murder.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Charlie Kirk murder trial: Prosecution reveals new video footage of Tyler Robinson\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/d5KgqFE0CHI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-there-are-still-major-questions-about-the-evidence-and-the-prosecution-s-case\">There are still major questions about the evidence and the prosecution\u2019s case<\/h2>\n<p>Over the course of the hearing, the court heard testimony from police officer Chris Bagley.<\/p>\n<p>Bagley testified about suspicious signs on campus, including out-of-place items and a possible makeshift sniper perch.<\/p>\n<p>During cross-examination, Robinson\u2019s attorney asked:  \u201cNothing that you found that day was able to identify who the shooter was?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That is an interesting question. Robinson was located after his parents felt that he resembled surveillance footage and allegedly contacted law enforcement, persuading him to surrender to authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Erika and her in-laws reportedly left the courtroom during Bagley\u2019s testimony about details of the shooting.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"JUST IN: Tyler Robinson&#039;s Attorney Grills Kirk Killing Investigator Over Moment Of Kirk&#039;s Killing\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EY5Ws89jaa0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Late last year, Erika spoke at her dead husband\u2019s memorial, announcing that she forgave whoever killed Charlie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy husband, Charlie, he wanted to save young men, just like the one who took his life,\u201d she announced on September 21.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat young man \u2026 I forgive him. I forgive him because it was what Christ did, and it\u2019s what Charlie would do,\u201d Erika claimed.<\/p>\n<p>There have been multiple theories about the shooting, ranging from it being a false flag to a time-traveler determined to take out the next Hitler. <\/p>\n<p>While we do not endorse these notions, we <em>do <\/em>emphasize that Robinson remains innocent in the eyes of the law until proven otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary hearing will continue all week.
