“Bar staff were instructed to charge all the drinks ordered to him.<\/p>\n

“The tab was almost \u00a32,000 in the end.”<\/p>\n
\nLewis’ kind gesture is said to have gone down well with pub attendees. <\/p>\n
\nThe partygoer added: “It was a massive treat and a real lovely gesture, especially from a Scotland fan.<\/p>\n
\n“Lewis was there from kick-off with his mates and was joined by Rita, who was with her friends, as the night went on.<\/p>\n
\n“Lewis was a proper legend. As well as buying that massive round he was so sweet to anyone who came up to him.<\/p>\n
\n“He didn\u2019t make a fuss of it, he just wanted to celebrate and the people in the boozer absolutely loved it.<\/p>\n
\n“Most of them had already had a skinful by then, so Lewis was giving them one for the road.”<\/p>\n
\nLewis’ fans could be in for another treat soon, because the Someone You Loved hitmaker recently admitted he is planning to start work on a new album at the end of the summer. <\/p>\n
\nHe told the crowd during his headline set at TRNSMT festival in Glasgow last month: “After this summer.<\/p>\n
\n“I\u2019m gonna go away for a bit and make an album.”<\/p>\n
\nThe star’s last studio album was 2023’s Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent. <\/p>\n
\nAfterwards, he went on a hiatus to focus on his mental and physical health, after struggling with Tourette\u2019s syndrome and anxiety.<\/p>\n
\nOpening up to fans about how bad things got, he told the crowd: “And then.<\/p>\n
\n“I had a complete and utter mental f****** breakdown.”<\/p>\n
\nAfter the audience cheered, he quipped: “Thank you for cheering my mental breakdown. <\/p>\n
\n“Was not a good couple of years I had, but I\u2019m back and I\u2019m feeling better, I feel good. <\/p>\n
\n“I\u2019m firing on all cylinders, it\u2019s nice to be here. My mental health took a beating so it\u2019s f****** nice to be here and back with you all.”<\/p>\n
