Some had speculated that this could have been the cause.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes I [sought] help at a facility,\u201d Taylor confirmed. \u201cI owe this to nobody but I like to share my life from my mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also emphasized that she has been and remains \u201cvery open with my mental health.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-theme=\"dark\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Taylor Frankie Paul opens up about rehab, antidepressants. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MmzVIcNwP0\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/MmzVIcNwP0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 TMZ (@TMZ) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TMZ\/status\/2074184302733021556?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">July 6, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI wanted to be the first one to share but it\u2019s OK that I\u2019m not,\u201d Taylor admitted during the video.<\/p>\n<p>She explained why she\u2019d taken a 1-week stay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI knew that I was in a spot to take a step back and be like, \u2018OK we need a reset,\u2019\u201d Taylor reasoned.<\/p>\n<p>Some conflate rehabilitation \u2014 which can mean anything from physical therapy to a mental health break to, yes, substance abuse treatment \u2014 with a place that one only goes for drugs or alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFacilities are not just [for] substance [abuse],\u201d Taylor explained. \u201cI just want you guys to know that. Rehabs are not only for that. That was my choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added that it felt \u201ccruel\u201d for fans to judge her for going to rehab.<\/p>\n<p>It was truly the best thing for her. News\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/77PZy4xdVDU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIt kind of bums me out that it was kinda weaponized against me for actually doing the right thing of noticing I needed extra help, in whatever that may be,\u201d Taylor noted. <\/p>\n<p>She emphasized: \u201cThere is absolutely nothing wrong with noticing you need extra support and seeking it.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Taylor shared that she has found an anti-depressant that works for her. (Most psych medications are not one-size-fits-all.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt worries me to ever seek help because the result of what has happened,\u201d she admitted. \u201cThere\u2019s, like, a very serious situation going on.
