Jarah, 42, announced the arrival of the couple\u2019s newborn son in an Instagram post celebrating what she described as \u201cchaos, but in the best possible way\u201d.<\/p>\n
This Is Us actor Milo, 49, and Jarah quietly expanded their family after welcoming a baby boy in June, according to TMZ. <\/p>\n
Jarah revealed on Instagram the couple\u2019s son has been named Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. <\/p>\n

Her announcement comes after she and Milo revealed earlier this year that they were expecting their second child together.<\/p>\n
\nSharing the family update on Instagram, Jarah wrote: \u201cThese last couple of weeks have been chaos, but in the best possible way. Welcome back home Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. Can\u2019t wait for all of the adventures ahead with our family of 5!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe post included a family photograph featuring Milo, Jarah, their two children and the couple\u2019s dog.<\/p>\n
\nAnother black-and-white image showed the couple holding their new arrival\u2019s hand.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to TMZ, Rock-Anthony was born in June, although the couple did not publicly announce the birth until Jarah shared the update on social media.<\/p>\n
\nMilo and Jarah married privately in September 2023 and welcomed their first child, daughter Ke\u2019ala, in January 2025. <\/p>\n
\nThe actor is best known for portraying Jack Pearson in the acclaimed family drama This Is Us, a performance that earned him three Primetime Emmy Award nominations, while fans also know him as Jess Mariano in Gilmore Girls and Peter Petrelli in Heroes. <\/p>\n
\nMore recently, Milo has taken on the role of Hayden Payne in Netflix\u2019s thriller series I Will Find You.<\/p>\n
\nMilo has largely kept his personal life out of the public eye throughout his career, including his relationship with Jarah, with the pair quietly marrying in 2023 before becoming parents for the first time in January 2025.<\/p>\n
\nAlongside his television success, Milo has also appeared in films including Rocky Balboa, in which he played Robert Balboa Jr. opposite Sylvester Stallone, and The Art of Racing in the Rain. <\/p>\n
