\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Nara Smith<\/strong><\/a> is sharing a glimpse inside her 2-year-old daughter Whimsy<\/strong>\u2018s cancer battle.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, the 24-year-old content creator revealed that her daughter, whom she shares with husband Lucky Blue Smith<\/strong><\/a>, was diagnosed with cancer late last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a new Instagram<\/a> post shared on Friday (July 3), Nara<\/strong> shared photos from Whimsy<\/strong>\u2018s cancer journey and shared why she decided to publicly share her diagnosis.<\/p>\n \u201cLittle warrior girl,\u201d Nara<\/strong> began the post, which included a photo of Whimsy<\/strong>\u2018s bald head covered with rhinestones after having her hair shaved off.<\/p>\n\n \u201cSharing something this vulnerable wasn\u2019t an easy decision but seeing every message, prayer, story of a similar experience and kindness has made it a little easier,\u201d the TIkToker continued. <\/p>\n \u201cTo every family or parent walking through something heavy right now, we\u2019re thinking of you too,\u201d Nara<\/strong> concluded. <\/p>\n The post also included photos of a \u201cHappy Birthday\u201d banner hung up in a hospital room, a children\u2019s cook titled \u201cPrincess Lily and the Hair Fairy,\u201d Lucky<\/strong> and a doctor talking next to an MRI machine, and selfie of Nara<\/strong> in bed with Whimsy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In her original post from earlier this week, Nara<\/strong> shared how they learned of Whimsy<\/strong>\u2018s cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen we saw something suspicious on her, we took her to the ER and they didn\u2019t quite know what to make of it,\u201d she recalled. \u201cWhen we took her into our pediatrician, I just remember him going really quiet and calm \u2026 My heart dropped in that moment. I don\u2019t know whether it was my gut telling me something or just a mom\u2019s intuition, but the first thing that I felt was she has cancer.\u201d<\/p>\n She added, \u201cAfter a lot of X-rays, ultrasounds and finally a biopsy, they immediately called us and said that she had cancer, told us it had spread and that she needs to come and start chemo treatments immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n Along with Whimsy<\/strong>, Lucky <\/strong>and Nara<\/strong> are also parents to daughter Rumble Honey<\/strong>, 5, son Slim Easy<\/strong>, 4, and daughter Fawnie Golden,<\/strong> who was born in September.
