\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n The NBC series The Hunting Party<\/strong><\/a><\/em> was canceled last month, but there was hope that producers would find a new network or streamer to order a third season. <\/p>\n Deadline<\/a> reported on June 2 that the network decided to wait as \u201cexecutives took extra time to evaluate the show\u2019s performance on both linear and streaming.\u201d Unfortunately, the decision ended up being to cancel the show.<\/p>\n Sadly, the plan to get a renewal elsewhere has failed and the show is officially done forever. <\/p>\n Deadline<\/a> reported on July 2 that \u201cefforts to extend the show\u2019s life are officially over\u201d as the cast has been released from their contracts.
