We&#8217;re also travel experts.<\/p>\n<p>So, metaphorphical confetti cannons and bells were ringing when we learned that Marriott and The Coca-Cola Company &#8220;announced a global agreement that will expand choice and elevate the guest experience across Marriott&#8217;s portfolio, bringing The Coca\u2011Cola Company&#8217;s brands to hotels around the world,&#8221; <span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/an-iconic-pairing-marriott-international-and-the-cocacola-company-come-together-in-strategic-beverage-agreement-302815348.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to a statement<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Though a timeline hasn&#8217;t been announced, both companies confirmed that Coca-Cola will become Marriott&#8217;s &#8220;global beverage partner across several categories, including carbonated soft drinks and a growing range of hydration and functional beverages.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Or to put it simply, you&#8217;ll soon find your favorite Coke products (cough, cough, <em>Diet Coke<\/em>) at Marriott hotels spanning the globe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This agreement brings together two iconic brands with a shared commitment to quality, consistency, and creating memorable experiences,&#8221; Anthony Capuano, Marriott&#8217;s CEO and President, said in the statement. &#8220;We are focused on delivering the products our guests and <span><a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/loyalty-programs\/award-travelers-guide-to-marriott-bonvoy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marriott Bonvoy Members<\/a><\/span> know and love, better meeting guest preferences, and creating economic benefits for owners and franchise operators across our system. On behalf of the entire Coca-Cola system, we&#8217;re excited about our future with Marriott and the opportunity to provide travelers more of the brands they love,&#8221; The Coca-Cola Company CEO, Henrique Braun, added.<\/p>\n<p>In a <span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fmarriott-switching-to-coca-cola-products-after-35-years-v0-lvaf05eg7psg1.jpeg%3Fwidth%3D1960%26format%3Dpjpg%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D14ddce12f428b6ecbeb8b51b86e1cbe4810c6e46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement to Marriott owners<\/a><\/span>, franchisees and franchise management companies, Satya Ananda, group president of U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean and Latin America at Marriott International, said that &#8220;The Coca-Cola portfolio is preferred globally by a margin of 2:1 and is favored by more than 70% of Marriott&#8217;s guests.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Marriott&#8217;s agreement with Coca-Cola will end a 34-year partnership with PepsiCo, according to &#8220;<span><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/sectors\/technology\/articles\/marriott-switch-pepsi-coke-201135807.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nation&#8217;s Restaurant News&#8221; via &#8220;Yahoo!
