The<\/em> Real Housewives of New Jersey<\/em><\/a> star Teresa Giudice<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s daughter, Milania Giudice<\/strong>, was allegedly \u201cthrowing things\u201d at her mother\u2019s house before her assault arrest earlier this month, police claim.<\/p>\n

Milania\u2019s sister Gabriella Giudice<\/strong> called police in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 to report that Milania, 20, was \u201cacting erratically,\u201d according to the arrest report obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> on Tuesday, June 30. Gabriella, 21, told the dispatcher that her sister had been \u201cthrowing food [and] candles,\u201d although the alleged victim was not named. No weapons or injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Milania was placed in handcuffs at the time of arrest. Her vehicle was searched \u201cbefore and after transport.\u201d<\/p>\n

The location of the arrest was listed in the report as Teresa\u2019s New Jersey home.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> previously reported on June 11 that Milania \u2014 one of Teresa, 54, and ex-husband Joe Giudice<\/strong>\u2019s four daughters along with Gabriella, Gia<\/strong>, 25, and Audriana<\/strong>, 16 \u2014 was taken into custody by Montville Township police<\/a> after her involvement in a domestic violence incident that took place around 6:12 p.m. on May 14.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was released pending her next court appearance,\u201d a statement from Chief Andrew Caggiano<\/strong>, obtained by Us<\/em>, read. \u201cA criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.\u201d<\/p>\n

A hearing was held on May 19, but no plea was entered.<\/p>\n
