Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a> won\u2019t return to Summer House<\/em><\/a> for season 11 amid her controversial romance with West Wilson<\/strong><\/a>, according to multiple sources.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmanda was not invited back to season 11,\u201d one source exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em>, noting that execs thought it wouldn\u2019t \u201cbe a fun summer\u201d without having \u201corganic relationships with the rest of the cast.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider emphasizes that Summer House<\/em> is \u201cabout the cast having a good time together\u201d despite any \u201cups and downs\u201d they may experience as a group. (Amanda appeared in Summer House<\/em> season 1 in 2017 before becoming a cast member in season 2.)<\/p>\n

\u201cAmanda seems to agree it\u2019s not a good fit,\u201d the source tells Us<\/em>, adding that other cast members are also \u201cin agreement with the decision.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for whether she\u2019ll return for the Summer House<\/em> spinoff, In the City,<\/em> after its debut season, the source says \u201cit\u2019s up in the air.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to a separate insider, OG Summer House<\/em> stars Lindsay Hubbard<\/strong>, Carl Radke<\/strong> and Amanda\u2019s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke<\/strong>, are all hoping to return for season 11 and are in contract negotiations.<\/p>\n

A third source, meanwhile, tells Us<\/em> that Amanda, 34, \u201cwants to focus on her mental health\u201d after the contentious season 10 reunion, where she was grilled about the timeline of her relationship with West, 31, who is also not returning next season.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmanda doesn\u2019t feel those are her genuine friendships anymore and wants to focus on her next chapter and what that looks like,\u201d the source says. \u201c[She] and West are at ease that they will not be on the show. They are both OK with moving on.\u201d<\/p>\n

News broke earlier this month that West will not be back<\/a> as a full-time cast member for season 11.<\/p>\n

\u201cWest isn\u2019t coming back,\u201d a source told Us<\/em> at the time. \u201cHe could still make an appearance on Summer House<\/em> or In the City<\/em> in the future, especially if things with Amanda progress, but he\u2019s not a cast member this season.\u201d<\/p>\n

A separate source later confirmed to Us<\/em> that West\u2019s departure from the franchise<\/a> was a mutual decision between him and network executives.<\/p>\n

\u201c[West was] already feeling like his time on the show was coming to an end,\u201d the source added. \u201cIt became even clearer that there wasn\u2019t a long-term fit anymore. He is at peace with the decision and is focusing on his podcast and other business ventures.\u201d<\/p>\n
