Brittany Cartwright<\/strong><\/a> is feeling confident in her own skin \u2014 and she\u2019s got the photos to prove it.<\/p>\n The Vanderpump Rules alum, 34, took to social media on Sunday, July 2, to share several snaps of herself on a getaway.<\/p>\n \u201cIs it still called a thirst trap if you\u2019re married? Cabooooooo lol,\u201d Cartwright captioned the Instagram<\/a> post of her posing in a black swimsuit<\/a>. The former Bravo star\u2019s husband, Jax Taylor<\/strong><\/a>, showed his support by replying with three fire emojis in the comments section.<\/p>\n Cartwright has previously opened up about dealing with body-shaming during \u2014 and after<\/a> \u2014 her pregnancy. After announcing in September 2020 that she was expecting her first child with Taylor, 43, the Kentucky native called out \u201cnegative\u201d Instagram trolls for commenting<\/a> on her changing body.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you are a person who comments on a pregnant woman\u2019s body in a negative way, then you, my friend, can rawt in hailll. Respectfully,\u201d she wrote via Instagram Story in March 2021, while referencing one of her signature lines from the hit Bravo series.<\/p>\n Taylor, for his part, discussed his attempts to show his wife some love amid her pregnancy<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat I think is extremely important and what I\u2019m going through now with Brittany is just reassuring Brittany how beautiful she is,\u201d he explained in November 2020 on the \u201cGive Them Lala\u201d podcast. \u201cShe\u2019s already beautiful, she\u2019s already gorgeous, but I always see Brittany looking at herself and I know in her head she\u2019s just thinking sometimes I think that she\u2019s not pretty.\u201d<\/p>\n After welcoming her son Cruz in 2021, Cartwright further recalled having haters comment on her size while she tried to focus<\/a> on the next chapter of her life.<\/p>\n \u201cI definitely felt the pressure [to lose weight] because I did gain a lot of weight through my pregnancy,\u201d she exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in June. \u201cBut it was worth every pound. I would do it over and over again. I\u2019ll say that a million times.\u201d<\/p>\n Cartwright, who rose to stardom after appearing on Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> from 2015 to 2020, noted that people would be \u201cso cruel\u201d toward her because of her time on screen. \u201cIt\u2019s a little bit different, like, [constant] interaction with people [who watch the show]. So that was a lot,\u201d she added. \u201cIt could [be] hard at times, especially going through postpartum at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI\u2019m feeling great. I feel like myself again. I\u2019m like so happy,\u201d Cartwright told Us<\/em>. \u201cI definitely feel amazing and being a mom is like the best thing I\u2019ve ever done in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n The mom went on to say that she has considered expanding her family with Taylor<\/a> again.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m definitely baby crazy already. Me and Jax have already talked about it. I wanna spend this summer having fun and then I\u2019m ready to try for No. 2,\u201d she detailed. \u201cIt\u2019s the most incredible feeling in the world. You\u2019re growing a human being. I can\u2019t even explain just how amazing that feeling is. Every single milestone while you\u2019re pregnant, like, you just are so excited.\u201d<\/p>\n Cartwright and Taylor have also returned to the spotlight to hint at a potential Bravo appearance<\/a>. During an appearance in Atlantic City on Friday, July 1, the former bartender teased his plans to make a cameo on Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m here to drink, take pictures and talk\u00a0Vanderpump, and let\u2019s do that for a minute, talk\u00a0Vanderpump, let\u2019s just say, I will bring it,\u201d he quipped to the crowd. \u201cI will bring it to the people it needs to be brought to.
