\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Holly Madison<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about the cosmetic work she\u2019s had done.<\/p>\n During a recent appearance on the Derm Approved<\/em> podcast<\/a>, the 46-year-old author and former reality star revealed that she got a lower facelift after having her two children.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve had a lower facelift on my jawline. I\u2019m really happy I got it done,\u201d said Holly<\/strong>, who shares daughter Rainbow<\/strong>, 13, and son Forest<\/strong>, 9, with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Holly<\/strong> said that she had \u201ca little bit of lipo under my chin,\u201d adding, \u201cI just felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy and there was just nothing I could do. There were no lasers or anything that could really do what I wanted it to do so I found somebody whose before-and-afters I really loved.\u201d<\/p>\n She then insisted, \u201cI\u2019d rather have it not go far enough and then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far and I\u2019m looking like the Joker.\u201d<\/p>\n After the surgery, Holly<\/strong> took two weeks off from filming her podcast and recuperated at an L.A. hotel with a nurse.<\/p>\n She also said that the facelift scars are visible on front of her ears, but she can cover them up with makeup or earrings.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you look close, you can totally see it, but I don\u2019t care,\u201d Holly<\/strong> said. \u201cI\u2019m kind of open about it.
