The 41-year-old singer chose a low-key announcement for the happy news in a post on her Instagram page, as she shared a snap of her growing bump without directly referencing it.<\/p>\n
Alongside the picture montage, Katie wrote: \u201cIceland you are spectacular, I\u2019m so keen to visit again.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were invited for a majestic concert at the Harpa Concert hall.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe soaked in the Blue Lagoon, stood on solidified lava from a recent volcanic eruption, lupins were out in full force, and that church (Hallgr\u00edmskirkja, the iconic Reykjav\u00edk landmark featured in the film When the Light Breaks), every bit as striking in person.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThank you, Reykjav\u00edk.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn one picture, Katie was seen laying on her back in the water of the Blue Lagoon, with her bump popping out of the water in her red swimsuit. <\/p>\n
\nPeople in the comments section were quick to offer their congratulations, with one writing: \u201cOh wow, is baby No2 on their way?\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnother added: \u201cBaby bump? Congratulations! hope you are keeping well.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nA third wrote: \u201cCongratulations, Katie!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nWhile someone else commented: \u201cIt’s a second baby!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe pregnancy news comes after Katie previously told Hello! magazine in 2023 that she had always hoped to be a young mum, so wondered if her fertility was going to be a problem when she struggled to conceive with ex-husband James Toseland. <\/p>\n
\nShe went on to find love with another man, the father of her child, but has always kept his identity private.<\/p>\n
\nShe told the publication of the relationship: \u201cI slid into the best years and times of my life. He\u2019s an incredible person, super down-to-earth and super relaxed and chilled.\u00a0It’s been amazing.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt’s difficult to talk about it because you can sound really cringe but it has been magical and every day gets better and better. I wanted to capture the moment. First my uncertainty and then how very natural our love feels.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nKatie gave birth to son Sandro in November 2022.<\/p>\n
