News\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Jd5A8_LM7VQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>On New Year\u2019s Eve 2024, when she was about 4 months pregnant, supervisors allegedly demanded that she \u201clift and transport heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit says that she \u201cbecame dizzy, began choking and gasping for air, and required assistance from security personnel, who intervened by providing water and aid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The following February, for Stormi\u2019s birthday, she says that she was forced to work the Palm Springs event, but did not receive \u201cadequate support.\u201d She describes being ignored by managers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event,\u201d the lawsuit reads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload,\u201d the documents continue. This would have dire consequences.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-theme=\"dark\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">loves a sunset slay <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/lqMm38eDnd\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/lqMm38eDnd<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Kylie Jenner (@KylieJenner) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KylieJenner\/status\/2062591113895309318?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">June 4, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-she-suffered-a-tragic-miscarriage\">She suffered a tragic miscarriage<\/h2>\n<p>The next morning, she had experienced such severe blood loss that she sought emergency medical care.<\/p>\n<p>At a nearby hospital, the lawsuit reads, she was \u201cinformed that there was no detectable heartbeat and that she had lost her unborn child.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the filing, the woman informed her bosses of the miscarriage.<\/p>\n<p>Days later, she was allegedly \u201cfalsely accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray following the Palm Springs event.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to further hemorrhaging, she developed severe depression and emotional distress. You are making her depressed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(It is unclear if the manager was conveying Kylie\u2019s wishes. As with other lawsuits, it seems conceivable that Kylie\u2019s attorneys may argue that managers acted without her knowledge.)<\/p>\n<p>The former personal chef is seeking damages in an unspecified quantity.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the pregnancy discrimination, accommodation failures, and harassment, she argues that she was misclassified as an independent contractor, not paid on time or in proportion to hours worked. And she says that she was wrongfully terminated.<\/p>\n<p>That all sounds awful. It will be enlightening to see how \u2014 and if \u2014 Kylie responds.
