\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson<\/strong><\/a> and her father have been ordered to stay away from the reality star. <\/p>\n Following an alleged attack against the 42-year-old reality star, the 33-year-old model was arrested and the former Vanderpump Rules<\/em> star wanted her and her father, Will<\/strong>, out of his house, where they were staying with him. <\/p>\n According to TMZ<\/a><\/em>, Tom<\/strong> has been granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria<\/strong> and her father, and they have also been ordered to vacate his home. <\/p>\n Earlier on Thursday (June 25), it was reported<\/a> that Tom<\/strong> and Victoria<\/strong> got into a verbal argument after a night of drinking, which led to her reportedly attacking him, hitting him in the face and head, causing his vision to go blurry. <\/p>\n Victoria<\/strong>\u2018s father, who was also living with Tom<\/strong>, is accused of holding him in a bear hug just before Victoria<\/strong> assaulted him. <\/p>\n A video<\/a> has also surfaced, from what appears to be from a security camera, showing Tom<\/strong> and Will<\/strong> in an argument on a patio, with Victoria<\/strong> sitting next to him by a fire pit. <\/p>\n In the clip, Tom<\/strong> asks if she\u2019s recording him and appears to grab the phone from her when her dad seems to grab him by the waist to pull him away from Victoria<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Tom<\/strong> then shoves Will<\/strong>, who falls over the fire pit as Tom<\/strong> rushes into the house, and the father races after him. Victoria<\/strong> then yells to stop and enters the home as well. <\/p>\n The incident is from June 3rd, where Tom<\/strong> also claims Victoria <\/strong>repeatedly struck him, Will<\/strong> threatened him and punched a hole in the bedroom door where Tom<\/strong> locked himself inside. <\/p>\n Will<\/strong> has a different account of the situation, telling TMZ<\/em>, \u201cThe DA did not file the case for a reason.
