\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Tia Mowry<\/strong><\/a> is spilling on her new boyfriend!<\/p>\n The 47-year-old actress went Instagram official<\/a> with beau Javon<\/strong>\u2018<\/strong>e Williams<\/strong><\/a> about a month ago, and now, she\u2019s sharing more details about him in a new interview. <\/p>\n \u201cSo his name is\u00a0Javon\u2019e<\/strong>, and he is a teacher. He also has his master\u2019s. He studied in France. He\u2019s an artist. He\u2019s an avid reader,\u201d Tia<\/strong> spilled on SiriusXM\u2019s Today Show Radio<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n The actress then dished on her favorite things that they do together.<\/p>\n \u201cSome of my favorite things that we do together is we will go to a Buddhist temple, and we will meditate. We meditate every Wednesday. He will read to me, like, at night before we go to bed. And the books that we\u2019re reading is about co-parenting. Like, he has two kids. Our kids are around the same age, 15 and 8, boy and a girl, and he is just\u2026 He\u2019s, he\u2019s, he\u2019s a wonderful human being, and, I mean, he- some of the things that he just says, like, is, \u2018How can I support you?\u2019 His emotional intelligence is amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \u201cI manifested this. I was telling the girls earlier, my crew, basically what I did last year was a friend of mine had told me to, listen to music, put some candles on, and just write out a list of what you would like in a partner,\u201d Tia<\/strong> explained. \u201cAnd I\u2019m glad that it came around the time that it did because I really wouldn\u2019t have known what I wanted three years ago. I really needed to sit in, like, solitude and, like, learn who I am first, um, before I even figured out what it, what it was and what it is that I want. Um, so I did do that, and not only did I do that, I\u2019m a huge believer in, like, uh, neuroscience.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLike, I study a lot about the brain and just visuals and meditation. So I would literally close my eyes, and I would meditate about my partner, and I would meditate about the feeling that I would want to feel. Mm. And the feeling was my nervous system being safe.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd that\u2019s exactly what he does. Like, he is\u2026 He\u2019s amazing. Like, he\u2019s so wonderful,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n This is\u00a0Tia<\/strong>\u2018s first public relationship since her split from ex-husband\u00a0Cory Hardrict<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in 2023.
