He drank from another bottle and then spit toward a Sandia security officer standing nearby.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s appalling. It doesn\u2019t end there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Zimmerman complained about having a white SUV instead of a black SUV and initially refused to get in,\u201d the affidavit reports. \u201cHe eventually entered the white SUV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Toddler behavior makes sense from toddlers. It does not from adults.<\/p>\n<p>Back at the hotel, Zimmerman allegedly stumbled out of the SUV, attempted to enter through the wrong door, and even lost a shoe as his companions tried to help him inside.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bailey Zimmerman issues apology after facing charges for trashing local resort\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZCWo9u2ValQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-story-only-gets-worse\">The story only gets worse<\/h2>\n<p>Inside, Zimmerman allegedly had blood visible on one knee while staggering through the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit reports him as almost collapsing onto the floor multiple times during the effort to return to his suite.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of all of this, he went on to cancel his concert, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DY3KjYnSJyp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claiming<\/a> that he had \u201cnot been feeling well.\u201d Which sounds pretty true!<\/p>\n<p>But, when he canceled the concert, the resort staff had had enough. They gave him a deadline to leave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe refused to leave in the vehicles provided by Sandia to transport him to the airport,\u201d the affidavit reads. \u201cMr. Zimmerman became disorderly, and Sandia Police were contacted.\u201d Eventually, he left \u2014 escorted off by police.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DY3KjYnSJyp\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>However, Sandia Police soon returned to the hotel to assess a litany of damages that staff found in Zimmerman\u2019s hotel room.<\/p>\n<p>A damaged television, a broken phone, a damaged coffee table, two chairs damaged, two chairs <em>missing<\/em>, damage to multiple walls \u2014 all of this tallied up by workers and police.<\/p>\n<p>The total estimated damages are around $16,000. <\/p>\n<p>On top of that, Zimmerman reportedly charged $400 in alcohol to the room, but skipped out on paying.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s facing a felony charge of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of falsely obtaining services.
