Brandi Glanville<\/strong><\/a> shared a new update on her health while dealing with the return of her facial parasite.<\/p>\n Glanville, 53, revealed on a recent episode of her \u201cUnfiltered\u201d podcast that she has \u201ca benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat could be why the fluid is going around my face,\u201d she said. \u201cI can wear makeup for, like, 15 minutes, and [then] I have to take it off.\u201d<\/p>\n When podcast cohost James Maas<\/strong> asked Glanville what a benign tumor is, she explained that the tumor is \u201cnot cancerous.\u201d The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star received the diagnosis after bringing<\/a> attention to a lump on her face.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery doctor that I\u2019ve showed, they\u2019re like, \u2018It\u2019s just scar tissue,’\u201d she recalled. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018From what? I haven\u2019t had a face lift yet.’\u201d<\/p>\n Glanville claimed that \u201cthere\u2019s a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field\u201d when it comes to her ongoing health challenges. While reflecting on how it has \u201cbeen a long three years,\u201d she said she wants to \u201cput a ton of makeup on again\u201d and is ready for \u201ca glow-up.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality star has previously been candid<\/a> about focusing on her health amid a facial disfigurement. (Glanville initially opened up about her health battle in 2024, later claiming she\u2019s spent more than $113,000 on treatments.)<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been a slow process, but I\u2019m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,\u201d Glanville exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2025, noting she has \u201ca fresh start\u201d after moving to a new house. \u201cThe new space has really helped me reset and focus on creating a calmer, more positive environment for myself.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI\u2019m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home, and really taking care of myself. \u2026 I\u2019m actively filming my YouTube series and working on a variety of new projects, so my focus is really on everything I\u2019m creating today. It\u2019s been exciting to grow and explore new platforms.\u201d<\/p>\n More recently, Glanville addressed a setback<\/a> with the return of the \u201cparasite.\u201d<\/p>\n
