\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Hudson Stone<\/strong><\/a> is officially making his musical debut!<\/p>\n The rising singer-songwriter has released his first single, \u201cOverthinker,\u201d giving fans their first taste of the sound and storytelling that will define his upcoming musical journey.<\/p>\n To celebrate the release, Hudson sat down with Just Jared <\/strong>for a quick-fire Q&A, where he opened up about family, music, and the traits he\u2019s inherited from his famous parents, chef Curtis Stone<\/strong><\/a> and actress Lindsay Price<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n When asked about the most Korean thing his mom does, Hudson<\/strong> didn\u2019t hesitate with his answer.<\/p>\n \u201cLike my grandmother, she worries,\u201d he shared with a laugh.<\/p>\n Hudson<\/strong> also revealed the biggest lesson he\u2019s learned from his dad, sharing the Stone<\/strong> family motto: \u201cStones<\/strong> never give up.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI definitely do feel that sense of determination and stubbornness about getting something done,\u201d Hudson<\/strong> explained.<\/p>\n The 14-year-old singer also credited his mom for helping shape his musical abilities, revealing that he inherited much of his musicality from her.<\/p>\n Hudson\u2019s<\/strong> debut single, \u201cOverthinker,\u201d was co-written alongside Brian Phillips<\/strong> and Toni Ferrari<\/strong> and explores the battle between the head and the heart.<\/p>\n \n<\/center><\/p>\n \u201cI wrote \u2018Overthinker\u2019 because all my life, I\u2019ve been told that I\u2019m such a deep thinker, which is very true, but it tends to lead to overthinking, which can sometimes get in my way,\u201d Hudson<\/strong> said. \u201cWhen I fell in love, it was the first time I just didn\u2019t think, and my heart took over. So, this song is a reminder to people that love is all about diving in with your whole heart.\u201d<\/p>\n Inspired by artists including Dominic Fike<\/strong>, John Mayer<\/strong>, The Strokes<\/strong>, and Leon Bridges<\/strong>, Hudson<\/strong> has developed a sound that blends guitar-driven indie rock with soulful storytelling and modern pop influences.<\/p>\n Hudson<\/strong> recently signed with Hollywood Records and has a busy year ahead.
