Remi Bader<\/strong><\/a> is reflecting on her two-year weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cNever have I ever posted a transition photo of myself, but I recently came back to the exact spot where I took these photos 2.5 years ago @equinox,\u201d Bader, 31, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Monday, June 22, sharing a side-by-side of her weight loss in the exact same mirror.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor years, I avoided looking at old photos because they brought me back to a time when I felt really low mentally and physically. But as I\u2019ve been doing a lot of work on myself internally, I wanted to revisit that moment,\u201d the TikTok star added. In the first photo, Bader wore a black tank top and leggings with her brown hair tied in a bun. When fans swiped to the next pic, Bader wore a brown sports bra with a plunging neckline covered with mesh and cutout leggings.<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cNot to compare. Not to criticize. But to acknowledge how far I\u2019ve come, what has changed, and also what has not changed at all, that I still want to work on.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRemi Bader underwent weight loss surgery but is still facing some major insecurities. \u201cI\u2019m still uncomfortable. I\u2019ve never looked like this. I\u2019ve never felt this way. I\u2019ve never been this size,\u201d Bader, 30, told Self in an interview published on Wednesday March 26. \u201cSo when people comment now, \u2018Tiny, skinny. Oh my God, your legs, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bader went on to write that she spent \u201cway more time focusing on what\u2019s gone wrong than what has gone right, especially since Jan 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cStanding in the same place reminded me that there have been a lot of wins too,\u201d Bader, who has been candid about her weight loss<\/a> surgery, added. \u201cGrowth isn\u2019t always obvious when you\u2019re living it, but sometimes looking back helps you finally see it \ud83e\udd0d.\u201d<\/p>\n
