Lexi Minetree<\/strong><\/a> and June Diane Raphael<\/strong> are filming Elle<\/em> season 2!<\/p>\n

The two actresses were spotted filming scenes for the second season on Monday (June 22) in Uptown Manhattan in New York. They appeared to be filming in front of the NBC News building, or a building made to look like that. <\/p>\n

Actress and director Shiri Appleby<\/strong> was also on set and appeared to be directing the episode they were filming. <\/p>\n

For their scenes, Elle<\/em> was, of course, dressed in a pink ensemble and she accessorized with a cute taxi cab purse. June wore more formal attire in a long cream-colored coat with matching white pumps.<\/p>\n

The Legally Blonde<\/em> prequel series hasn\u2019t even premiered yet on Prime Video, but Amazon already greenlit a second season. Lexi plays a young version of Reese Witherspoon<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s character from the beloved 2001 movie, while June<\/strong> is playing Elle\u2019s mom, Eva Woods.<\/p>\n

Elle<\/em> also features stars Tom Everett Scott<\/strong>, Chandler Kinney<\/strong>, Jacob Moskovitz<\/strong>, Gabrielle Policano<\/strong>, and Zac Looker<\/strong>, though it\u2019s hard to say exactly who will be returning next season when the first one hasn\u2019t yet debuted!<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the original cast of Legally Blonde<\/em> reunited for the film\u2019s 25th anniversary<\/a> at a special \u201cElle\u2019s World\u201d pop-up to promote the upcoming series premiere. <\/p>\n
