\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n David Corenswet<\/strong><\/a> and Milly Alcock<\/strong><\/a> had a prime cousin moment at the Supergirl<\/em> world premiere!<\/p>\n The 32-year-old Superman actor appeared to intervene on Monday night (June 22) at the red carpet premiere held in New York City when a photographer seemed to touch the 26-year-old actress on the back.<\/p>\n A clip surfaced on social media<\/a> and quickly gained traction when it appeared like David<\/strong> was swooping in to defend Milly<\/strong>. In the video, you can see David<\/strong> and Milly<\/strong> chatting with Rachel Brosnahan<\/strong> and Nicholas Hoult<\/strong>, all of whom came out to support the House of the Dragon<\/em> alum at the premiere<\/a>. <\/p>\n Then at one point, a photographer standing nearby puts a hand out on the middle of Milly<\/strong>\u2018s back. David<\/strong> immediately spots the action and walks around with his hand up, immediately placing a protective hand on Milly<\/strong> as he appears to tell the photographer not to touch her. <\/p>\n David<\/strong> took up the Superman mantle in the self-titled 2025 film, the first entry in the new DC Universe headed by James Gunn<\/strong> and Peter Safran<\/strong>. He also appears in Supergirl<\/em>. <\/p>\n Milly<\/strong>\u00a0was introduced to the universe in the end credits for\u00a0Superman<\/em>\u00a0and now she\u2019s leading her own movie. Also in attendance at the premiere were co-stars\u00a0Eve Ridley<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0David Krumholtz<\/strong>, director\u00a0Craig Gillespie<\/strong>, and producer\u00a0James Gunn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Supergirl<\/em> will be released in theaters on June 26.
