\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Jessie James Decker<\/strong><\/a> is getting candid about the work that went into her postpartum fitness journey.<\/p>\n The 38-year-old singer and entrepreneur shared a video on Instagram<\/a> on Sunday (June 14), showing her physical transformation after welcoming her youngest child, son Denver Calloway, in February 2024.<\/p>\n The video features various clips of Jessie<\/strong> working out in several everyday mom moments, including lifting weights with her kids nearby and pushing a stroller uphill. <\/p>\n \u201cThis video is as raw and real as it gets. I\u2019ve been anxious to share but here it goes,\u201d she began in the caption.<\/p>\n Jessie<\/strong>, who shares Vivianne<\/strong>, 12, Eric Jr.<\/strong>, 10, Forrest<\/strong>, 8, and Denver<\/strong>, 2, with husband Eric Decker<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, said she had always been \u201ca naturally petite fit could eat whatever I wanted and stay in shape kinda girl\u201d before pregnancy changed things.<\/p>\n She shared that she gained \u201cover 55 pounds almost every single time\u201d while pregnant and said the weight \u201cdidn\u2019t magically fall off afterward.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI know what it\u2019s like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. I know what it\u2019s like to feel uncomfortable in your clothes,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI know what it\u2019s like to put in the work day after day, wonder if it\u2019s ever going to happen, and feel completely defeated. I\u2019ve had to do it four different times over a decade.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cI believe if you want something badly enough, you have to be willing to work for it. And feeling strong, energized, and confident is so important to me.
