The media personality, podcast host and author, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, 46, posted a TikTok video hinting she may soon address the breakdown of her marriage to country singer Jelly, 41. <\/p>\n
Her post came weeks after court records showed Jelly \u2013 born Jason DeFord \u2013 filed for divorce in May in illiamson County, Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences. <\/p>\n
He and Bunnie, who married in 2016 and have frequently spoken publicly about the highs and lows of their relationship, have been among country music\u2019s most visible partnerships in recent years. <\/p>\n
Their personal lives have also featured prominently on Bunnie\u2019s Dumb Blonde podcast and across social media.<\/p>\n
\nIn a recent TikTok clip, Bunnie was seen lip-syncing to Jelly\u2019s track No Limit Freestyle while dining with friends.<\/p>\n
\nThe video featured lyrics in which Jelly Roll references his wife, including: \u201cMy girl super bad \/ She look like a human Barbie \/ I’ve been known to set it off \/ But my bitch bad like Cardi.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBunnie then mouthed the song\u2019s final lyric: \u201cHave you ever been f—–?\u201d before the video ended.<\/p>\n
\nShe captioned the post: \u201cPodcast coming\u2026\u201d \u2013\u00a0and included the hashtag \u201c#jellyandbunnie\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nThe post arrived after details of the divorce filing became public. <\/p>\n
\nCourt documents obtained by People reported Jelly filed for divorce on May 18 and listed May 9 as the couple\u2019s date of separation after almost 10 years of marriage.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to a source quoted by People, the pair had experienced a complex relationship from the beginning.<\/p>\n
\nThe insider said: \u201cWhen they first got together, they were both in a very different place in their lives.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThere was a lot of chaos, ups and downs, and they built a life together through all of that.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAccording to the publication, the pair first met when Jelly was struggling financially and Bunnie was working as a sex worker. <\/p>\n
\nTheir relationship began as a friendship before becoming romantic. <\/p>\n
\nThey married in a courthouse ceremony on August 30, 2016, the same day they became engaged.<\/p>\n
\nThroughout their marriage, both spoke openly about the difficulties they faced. <\/p>\n
\nIn her 2026 memoir Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, Bunnie revealed Jelly had a 10-month affair in 2018 and that the couple briefly separated during that period.<\/p>\n
\nDuring an interview in October 2025, Jelly reflected on the episode and described it as \u201cone of the worst moments in my adulthood\u201d, while adding he was \u201cproud of who we are today\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nSpeaking to People in January about their hopes of welcoming a child together, Bunnie said: \u201cI think we’re just ready for a piece of us.<\/p>\n
