Carrie Underwood<\/strong><\/a> is not afraid to show some skin, and sometimes that means flashing her subtle tattoos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhen your 74-year-old mother asks you and your sisters to get matching tattoos with her in Vegas<\/a>,\u201d Carrie shared via Instagram alongside a series of photos from their adventure on Sunday, July 2. \u201cThe only questions are, \u2018what?\u2019 and \u2018where?\u2019 I never would\u2019ve thought I\u2019d see the day that Mama Carole would be gettin\u2019 some ink!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The \u201cBefore He Cheats\u201d songstress added the hashtag, \u201cWhat Happens In Vegas,\u201d before tagging the Las Vegas tattoo artist, Darek Riley<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Underwood ladies \u2013 including Carrie\u2019s sisters Stephanie Shelton<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Shanna Underwood Means<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 decided on matching heart outline tattoos on their wrists. The American Idol<\/em><\/a> alum, however, opted to place her on the top of her right foot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Fans were shocked to see the Oklahoma native debuting her latest ink less than two months after she previously showed off some body art.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cGirl you are in your tattoo era! You\u2019re making me want another!\u201d one fan commented under Carrie\u2019s photos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n They were, of course, referring to her dainty daisy tattoo<\/a> on the inside of her forearm, which the \u201cCowboy Casanova\u201d songstress debuted during a girls\u2019 trip to Destin, Florida, in May.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cSisters \u2026 not by blood \u2026 but sisters nonetheless,\u201d she captioned a series of photos with her sisters-in-law. \u201cGod truly showed us great favor by putting us all together. These ladies are strong, kind and faithful and I\u2019m so happy I get to do life with them!!!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Carrie continued, \u201cIt\u2019s true that you don\u2019t get to choose your family, but if I could, I would choose these exact three women to be my sisters-in-law! From the beach to the tattoo parlor, Destin didn\u2019t know what hit it! I love you ladies!!!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n While Carrie prefers subtlety when it comes to her body art, some of her ink is more concealed than others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI was in college and got them done.
