A fourth celebrity will be lacing up their ballroom shoes for Dancing With the Stars<\/a> <\/em>season 35.<\/p>\n

Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong> announced on the Wednesday, June 17, episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/em> <\/a>that his onscreen sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez<\/strong> is joining DWTS<\/em> this fall.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis September, Guillermo will become the first-ever parking lot security guard to dance with the stars,\u201d Kimmel, 58, declared. \u201cDon\u2019t lose a single adorable pound! \u201d<\/p>\n

Rodriguez, 55, has been working on Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/em> for 23 years, having started on the show as a security guard. His quirky chemistry with Kimmel led to an on-air role as a sidekick and red carpet interviewer.<\/p>\n

A full list of cast members (including stars and pro dancers) is set to be unveiled on September 2 on Good Morning America<\/em>, with the series premiering this fall on ABC and Disney+. A new dancer from The Next Pro<\/em>, which is hosted by season 34 mirrorball winner Robert Irwin<\/strong>, will also be joining the series.<\/p>\n

Wednesday\u2019s announcement comes one month after DWTS<\/em> announced that Savannah Bananas\u2019 Jackson Olson<\/strong> would be joining the show<\/a>. Weeks earlier, news broke that Summer House<\/em> star Ciara Miller<\/strong> and Love Island<\/em>\u2019s Maura Higgins<\/strong> would be trying their hand at the competition<\/a> on season 35.<\/p>\n

Maura, for her part, already has an idea of who she wants to be by her side in the ballroom.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Dancing With the Stars\u00a0ballroom is filling up fast for season 35. While simultaneously confirming the reality competition\u2019s renewal, Hulu shared during the Get Real House event in April that Summer House\u2019s Ciara Miller and Love Island star Maura Higgins would be lacing up their dancing shoes. The following month, Savannah Bananas second baseman Jackson [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe training is meant to be quite grueling,\u201d Maura, 35, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in May. \u201cThat\u2019s why I want Mark [Ballas],<\/strong> because maybe he might go easy on me a bit. But then I do probably need to be pushed.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Mark \u2014 who connected with Maura on season 4 of The Traitors<\/em>, which Rob Rausch<\/strong> won \u2014 said he\u2019s \u201cnot sure\u201d if he would return for DWTS<\/em> season 35, Maura has a back-up plan<\/a> at the ready. (After being famously betrayed by Rob, 27, in the finale, Maura was gifted a Birkin for her troubles.)<\/p>\n

\u201cIf it\u2019s not Mark, I think I\u2019d want Val [Chmerkovskiy]<\/strong>,\u201d Maura told Us<\/em>. \u201cI mean, to be honest, I\u2019m OK to have anyone else. I just don\u2019t want Gleb [Savchenko].<\/strong> That\u2019s the main thing for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Maura, not being partnered with Gleb, 42, is important to her after his on-off relationship with her friend Brooks Nader.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not even being mean. It\u2019s just because I get on with Brooks and that\u2019s that. I\u2019m on Brooks\u2019 side,\u201d Maura told Us<\/em>, as she referenced her mindset from season 4 of The Traitors<\/em>. \u201cI\u2019m a loyalist, OK?\u201d<\/p>\n
