Courtney Stodden<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about a life-changing plastic surgery procedure.<\/p>\n

\u201cIntroducing the new girls \ud83e\udd0d,\u201d Stodden, 31, captioned a Thursday, June 11, mirror selfie in which she showed off the results of her breast reduction in a lacy black lingerie set. \u201cI got huge implants when I was barely 18. Today, at 31, I finally feel like I\u2019m making decisions for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Celebrity Big Brother<\/em> alum noted that her decision to get a breast reduction \u201cwasn\u2019t just about going smaller.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was about taking my body back,\u201d she continued. \u201cI\u2019m only about 2 weeks post-op and still healing, but already, I feel lighter. For so many years, my body felt like it belonged to everyone but me. Now it feels like mine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stodden concluded by thanking her surgeon, Dr. Linder<\/strong>, and adding, \u201cMy back is happier, my body feels like mine, and honestly \u2026 so do I \ud83d\ude0a.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCourtney Stodden and Chrissy Teigen\u2019s relationship is back in the headlines after more than a decade. Back in 2011, Teigen made public and private comments about a then-16-year-old Stodden and Stodden\u2019s marriage to then-51-year-old actor Doug Hutchinston. \u201cShe wouldn\u2019t just publicly tweet about wanting me to take \u2018a dirt nap\u2019 but would privately DM me [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The model previously underwent a septoplasty in 2025, years after her first nose job in 2016.<\/p>\n

\u201cI recently underwent a septoplasty procedure to correct ongoing breathing issues I\u2019ve struggled with for years,\u201d Stodden told the Daily Mail<\/em> after posting a photo of her bandaged nose online. \u201cWhile I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cThis was not a dramatic cosmetic change, but more of a small refinement while addressing my health concerns. I\u2019m feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post about her nose job, Stodden wrote, \u201cI can\u2019t wait to get the cast off for the big reveal. I can breathe so much better, I literally can smell everything, so everybody better smell really good if you\u2019re around me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stodden later opened up to People<\/em><\/a> about why she\u2019s chosen to be honest about her cosmetic procedures. (The \u201cPleasure\u201d singer has also experimented with lip injections, but she stated last year that she chose to get her filler dissolved.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s really important to not gatekeep,\u201d she shared. \u201cSo many celebrities are getting plastic surgery every day, and then they say, \u2018Oh, hey, I\u2019m drinking a lot of green juice,\u2019 and I just think it\u2019s unhealthy for people, young girls especially.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days after revealing her latest plastic surgery, Stodden took to Instagram to share an open letter to her ex-husband, Doug Hutchison, whom she married in 2011 when she was 16 and he was 50. The pair\u2019s divorce was finalized in 2020.<\/p>\n
