Ariana Biermann<\/strong><\/a> and Hudson McLeroy<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s highs and lows following their split will be front and center on season 2 of Next Gen NYC<\/em><\/a> \u2014 whether they like it or not.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ll definitely see, like, a lot more of the ins and outs [of our split],\u201d Ariana, 24, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> ahead of the Bravo series\u2019 premiere on Wednesday, June 24.<\/p>\n

Ariana, who announced her split from Hudson<\/a>, 24, in October 2025 after dating on and off since high school, revealed that she\u2019s \u201clearned\u201d a lot about herself since their breakup. (Ariana hinted at a possible reconciliation with Hudson<\/a> in April, but the pair have not publicly confirmed their current status.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAriana Biermann admitted she had \u201chesitation\u201d over bringing now-ex boyfriend Hudson McLeroy onto Next Gen NYC \u2014 especially because of a possible breakup. \u201cIt\u2019s a little nerve-wracking bringing somebody onto a TV show with you and putting your whole relationship out for the world to see,\u201d Biermann, 24, exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very much of an over-sharer, which also can bite me in the ass. I\u2019m not really afraid of anything,\u201d she explained. \u201cAnd so you will definitely see a lot more into kind of, like, the true reasons of why, and that it wasn\u2019t a decision that I made overnight \u2014 it was a decision that I made over the course of a year.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Ariana said she feels \u201cgood\u201d now, she confessed that viewers will see some of her lower points following the split play out on camera.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that there were definitely times where it was difficult, and you\u2019ll see that. I wanted us both to very much still be involved, to be able to work together, to be able to be around friends,\u201d Ariana shared of her approach to filming again with Hudson so soon after they called it quits. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t that it was a breakup of, like, \u2018I hate you, I\u2019m never gonna speak to you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

She recalled, \u201cThe last time we saw each other, he kissed me goodbye and got on a flight to Atlanta. We broke up and snuggled in our apartment for two weeks after. So, like, it wasn\u2019t that at that point we had any animosity<\/a> or any anger toward each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana teased that their cordial dynamic won\u2019t last all season, telling Us<\/em> the pair\u2019s friendship goes \u201cthrough its waves\u201d as the episodes unfold.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also felt so much anger at points toward Hudson and toward these kinds of situations [we] were going through,\u201d Ariana recalled, admitting she was \u201cvery nervous\u201d about watching back some of her actions. \u201cI say exactly what comes to my mind immediately, and then after I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, s***! Oh, my God, I can\u2019t really just said that out loud.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Hudson, for his part, was just as hesitant about navigating his dynamic<\/a> with Ariana and their friend group while not being a couple.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously I was trying not to invade Ariana\u2019s space, and at the same time, I was trying to run a business out of Atlanta,\u201d he exclusively told Us<\/em> of his lifestyle while filming the show<\/a>. \u201cSo I was traveling so much, and [would] come here and see everybody for, like, a week, and then go back home. It was just, like, a lot on me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana, 24, took to Instagram on Thursday, April 16, to share a video of herself lounging on the beach as a mystery man\u2019s hand reached over and gently brushed her hair before resting on her head. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Hudson went back and forth between New York and Atlanta, Ariana gave dating a try<\/a>, all of which was filmed.<\/p>\n
