\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Tom Brady<\/strong><\/a> and Bridget Moynahan<\/strong> came together to celebrate a major milestone for their son!<\/p>\n The former couple reunited for their son Jack\u2019s high school graduation, with Tom<\/strong>, 48, sharing a sweet photo carousel from the special day on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n In one of the photos, the Super Bowl champ and the Blue Bloods<\/em> actress, 55, smiled while standing on either side of Jack<\/strong>, 18, as he proudly held up his diploma. Jack<\/strong> wore a maroon cap and gown for the ceremony, while Tom<\/strong> dressed in a blue suit and Bridget<\/strong> wore a white and blue striped dress.<\/p>\n Tom<\/strong> also shared several other family moments from the celebration, including photos with his and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen<\/strong>\u2018s children, Benjamin<\/strong>, 16, and Vivian<\/strong>, 13. Another picture showed Jack<\/strong> posing with his grandparents, Tom Sr<\/strong>. and Galynn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cOne of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack<\/strong> walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what\u2019s already an impressive life. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things,\u201d Tom<\/strong> wrote in his caption.<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cWhat makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching. The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day.
