Sir Mick Jagger<\/a>.<\/p>\nShe reflected to Britain’s Vogue magazine: “Not all exes you want to be friends with, do you? Some people aren\u2019t friendly. But I think when you have children with someone it\u2019s important to be friendly.<\/p>\n
\u201cRupert, we were married six and half years and no children, and so, you know.”<\/p>\n
Asked if she hangs out with Rupert, she shook her head and said: \u201cI haven\u2019t seen him in a couple of years. Since the divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBy contrast, Jerry has a good relationship with Mick – the father of her children Elizabeth, 42, James, 40, Georgia, 34, and Gabriel, 29 – and he is a regular visitor to her home, along with partner Melanie Hamrick and their eight-year-old son Deveraux.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cHe comes out here quite a bit, Sunday lunch, him and Mel and their son, Dev. They\u2019re so sweet.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAnd she praised the Rolling Stones rocker – who has eight children with five women – for being a “great diplomat” and keeping their extended family on good terms.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cMick\u2019s a great diplomat. All the kids love each other. All the mothers of the kids love each other. It\u2019s just odd, isn\u2019t it? Just worked out that way.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJerry only has “nice things” to say about her former spouse.<\/p>\n
\nAsked if she thinks people have misconceptions about their relationship, she replied: \u201cWell, I think they do because newspapers make up stories all the time. He and I get on really well. I can only think nice things about him. You know, when you\u2019re young, people get crushes on people and do stupid things all the time, don\u2019t they? God, I\u2019m so lucky that it doesn\u2019t happen to me anymore \u2013 hardly.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJerry noted going through a divorce is “always traumatic” but is philosophical.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201c\u2018What will be, will be,\u2019 that\u2019s my saying. And it really works. If it\u2019s meant for me, it\u2019s gonna happen. If it\u2019s not?\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAnd the Celebrity Traitors star isn’t interested in looking for love again.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI sometimes see people and think,\u2018He\u2019s cute\u2019, but I kind of can\u2019t be bothered.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAsked if she’d try a dating app, she added: \u201cNoooo, never! I\u2019m very, very happy. I don\u2019t feel I\u2019m missing anything. I like men\u2019s company but I don\u2019t actually think I\u2019ll ever want to live with one of them again.”<\/p>\n
