\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Steve Burton<\/strong><\/a> is making new allegations against ex-wife Sheree Gustin<\/strong><\/a> amid their ongoing custody battle.<\/p>\n In new court documents obtained by Page Six<\/a><\/em>, the 55-year-old General Hospital<\/em> actor claimed that his ex-wife is engaging in \u201cblatant parental alienation\u201d and \u201csystematically\u201d undermining his relationship with their 11-year-old daughter Brooklyn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Steve <\/strong>also alleged that Sheree<\/strong> has \u201cmade it impossible\u201d for him to exercise his court-ordered custody by \u201crepeatedly refus[ing]\u201d to allow his current wife Michelle Lundstrom<\/strong>, whom he married in 2025<\/a>, to pick up his daughter from school on his behalf even though she is a \u201cconsistent parental figure\u201d in the child\u2019s life.<\/p>\n \u201cAs a result, Sheree<\/strong>\u2019s actions have created unnecessary obstacles to my ability to exercise my custodial time and maintain regular and meaningful contact with Brooklyn<\/strong>. Instead of supporting my relationship with our daughter, Sheree<\/strong> has routinely made exercising my parenting time more difficult than necessary,\u201d Steve<\/strong> stated in his complaint.<\/p>\n Additionally, Steve<\/strong> accused Sheree<\/strong> of refusing to \u201cacknowledge Michelle<\/strong>\u2019s role as [his] wife or Michelle<\/strong>\u2019s daughters as Brooklyn<\/strong>\u2019s stepsisters,\u201d despite saying that Brooklyn<\/strong> has a \u201cclose relationship\u201d with them.<\/p>\n He further alleged that ex-wife refused to work with him on letting Brooklyn<\/strong> visit his home in Tennessee after he moved out of California.<\/p>\n Steve<\/strong> claimed that Sheree<\/strong> \u201cmanipulates\u201d him into giving up his custodial time and has been \u201cdeliberately manipulating Brooklyn into wanting to spend Christmas with her.\u201d<\/p>\n However, in her response filming obtained by People<\/a><\/em>, Sheree<\/strong> denied Steve<\/strong>\u2018s claims of \u201calienation,\u201d explaining that the former couple had worked out a parenting schedule in previous litigation.<\/p>\n She insisted that she is happy for Brooklyn<\/strong> to spend time with her father, but doesn\u2019t want the 11-year-old to \u201cspend half her life traveling\u201d and be away from home for longer than three weeks.<\/p>\n Sheree <\/strong>argued that if Steve<\/strong> wants to see his daughter more than the allotted time, he can come to California to visit her.<\/p>\n Steve<\/strong> first filed for divorce<\/a> in July 2022 after 20 years together, and just a few months after announcing they were separated<\/a> and she was pregnant with another man\u2019s child.
