She added, \u201cC\u2019mon! There\u2019s a love story there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After the enduring popularity of the original <em>Devil Wears Prada<\/em> movie, released in 2006, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/devil-wears-pradas-anne-hathaway-emily-blunt-reunite-after-18-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blunt reprised her role<\/a> alongside Hathaway and <strong>Meryl Streep<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/anne-hathaway-delivers-in-devil-wears-prada-2-movie-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in the sequel<\/a> which dropped earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>As well as sharing her thoughts on her character\u2019s potential love life during her <em>WWHL<\/em> appearance, Blunt explained how she felt about Charlton being seen by some fans as the villain in the two films.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, when I played her in the first movie, I never saw her as a bitch, I saw her as just desperate and that person who kind of defines her entire self on their job and their success and she\u2019s clearly someone who is delusional and a lunatic but I feel for her,\u201d Blunt said. \u201cI don\u2019t know, I love her. You just feel yourself shrink in their presence. I absolutely remember how powerful 16-, 17-year-old girls can be. I look at them now \u2014 my little sister is 18 \u2014 and they do seem very grown-up. And taller \u2014 I mean, what is that? My brother is 6ft 4in now. They all seem to be that tall.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, she told <em>The Advocate<\/em> that she was embracing that fanbase, explaining. \u201cI know that\u2019s my demographic.
