The 45-year-old star has been one of the highest-paid models in the world since the early 2000s, and Gisele now feels fortunate to be in the position she’s in.<\/p>\n
Speaking to W Magazine about her latest cover shoot, Gisele reflected: “I feel lucky because I can pick and choose what I do, and I work only with people I genuinely enjoy being around. <\/p>\n
“When I was younger, I was often asking myself, Am I doing enough? Am I getting it right? After more than 30 years in front of the camera, I\u2019ve come to really understand everything that goes into creating an image. <\/p>\n
“I also understand that every image creates a feeling, and when you are confident and accepting of yourself, everything flows naturally.”<\/p>\n
\nGisele explained that her “spiritual practice” has helped her to cope with the pressures of fame and success.<\/p>\n
\nThe blonde beauty – who was married to sports star Tom Brady between 2009 and 2022 – said: “Earlier in my career, everything was about achievement and saying yes to every opportunity. <\/p>\n
\n“Over time, I began to understand the importance of finding balance. My spiritual practice helped me become more present and more connected to myself. Instead of focusing on external expectations, I started paying attention to how I felt internally. That changed everything\u2014not only my work, but also the way I experienced life.”<\/p>\n
\nGisele previously revealed that she was looking forward to “love, health, peace, and new adventures” in 2026.<\/p>\n
\nThe model – who is married to jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente – explained that she was looking forward to 2026 with optimism.<\/p>\n
\nGisele wrote on Instagram at the turn of the year: “As the new year unfolds, my heart is full of gratitude for the moments spent recharging with my family. May this year bring you love, health, peace, and new adventures.<\/p>\n
\n“May you find the courage to honor your heart\u2019s calling and to know and love yourself more deeply.<\/p>\n
\n“Wishing you endless blessings and a beautiful journey ahead.<\/p>\n
\n“Here\u2019s to making 2026 a truly joyful and meaningful year.<\/p>\n
